New School Year
Daniel began 6th grade at St. Therese on 9/5/06. Since he's in middle school, he has a new uniform of khaki pants with a navy blue St. Therese sweatshirt or vest. Of course he still tops it off with his beat-up western hat. His elective course for Fall trimester was "Hearts That Care," which is a volunteer service class. He's been helping out in the kindergarten classroom. |

Michael is taking all of his classes at Edmonds Community College now, through the high school Running Start program.. For fall quarter, he's taking physics, political science, Washington history, men's conditioning, and karate. Physics gives him lots of studying, political science is most interesting, and karate leaves him sore from the strenuous conditioning.
Michael took his SAT exam on 11/4. He scored in the 95th percentile. He also has begun talking to admissions counselors at Seattle University. |

Around the House The boys have been experimenting with my new camera after I broke the previous one on a hiking trip. Two of Daniel's kittens, Bob and Tweedledum, have ended up living with us permanently. Tweedledum has earned the nickname "Trouble" because of her adventurous tendencies.
